Since we do not accept returns or exchanges, refunds are generally not applicable for change of mind or personal preference.
Refund When We Cannot Fulfil Your Order
If Ghee by Amma is unable to fulfil a paid order — for example, due to stock or technical issues — the applicable amount will be fully refunded.
Verified Courier Damage
For verified courier damage, a replacement is the primary resolution. A refund can be provided where replacement is not possible.
